'We have stayed at the Stonewall Resort since it first opened. We appreciate the natural beauty and the friendliness and professionalism of their (shrinking) staff. In the past few visits we have noticed a significant decrease in the quality of the rooms and amenities. For the prices charged, they really must do something to update their rooms, particularly the bathrooms. We booked several rooms last weekend. All were lake view rooms and all were desperately in need of updates.The bathrooms...

'The location is perfect for exploring Colonial Williamsburg. We walked with no problem, but there is also a free bus service if you need it. The surrounding area is quiet, but the rooms are NOT soundproofed at all. We were saying God bless you when the people next door sneezed. The food was decent, but not spectacular, and very overpriced (expected for hotel dining). Front desk staff were great!'

'I've been to the property millions of times for the Festival of Lights but had no idea how much other stuff there is to do there. While looking on the website, I am planning another trip during the summer to check out all of the activities!'
