'Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very friendly. The styling is exactly to my taste ('minimalistic-chique'). Only stayed there for one night for business; may go there again. The only drawback is the insanely expensive overnight parking fees ($40 for Minneapolis is on the steep side) and additional fees for rooftop bar and pool ($25) are a bit much for hotel guests. '

Wishing they had a more casual option for dining besides the main restaurant (which is great!) because there’s not much nearby to grab a quick, easy and casual lunch…or when you just don’t want a big meal. Or adding more casual options (sandwich, salad, soup or apps) to the main menu would be helpful. '

'I stay at a lot of hotels, and this one gets it just right. HBO channels on the TV. A little nightlight in the bathroom. A nicely stocked little canteen. And terrific, terrific staff. Don't sleep on Tea House, just down the street. Somehow Minneapolis has Chinese food that is equal to the Chinatowns in NYC and San Fran, and Tea House is probably the best. Sounds generic. Looks generic on the outside. Inside is lovely. Staff is great (speak English well if you need some help). Food is amazing!...

'Ivm corona was er geen Valet parking en moesten we de auto een blokje rond rijden om aan de achterzijde van het hotel te parkeren. kleine moeite en zeer begrijpelijk in deze situatie. ook was er geen ontbijt maar we werden naar een goed restaurant gestuurd op 5 minuten lopen. Kamer was heel netjes.'
