'We had a lovely time in Maia’s house. It’s very spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. St Monan’s pitoresque harbour is only a minute by foot, we had the best dinner in a very long time at the East Pier Smoke House. Highly recommended!'

'The owner met us there and had the fire going. He was very nice and gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to see, not your typical tourist attractions. We were there for a few nights for our honeymoon and he had a little surprise waiting for us when we got there. If your looking for a quiet cool little place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. Our only negative was the bed was a little small for someone who is a bit taller.'

'The house is high on a hill overlooking Oban. It's a little tricky driving up there but welcome to Old Scotland. There is a lot to see around Oban but we had some stormy weather when we were there so we went to the distillery.'

'What a nice place to stay! The water is on the other side of the road and you can walk alongside the water and enjoy the view. The house is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen.'

'The guest house was exceptionally comfortable and well suited for my stay of 7 days (and would have been well suited for any length of time). The kitchen had everything I would have hoped for as far as being able to prepare my own meals. Dalkeith and environs have lovely parks and I thoroughly enjoyed the discoveries I made of wooded walks and history. I wondered if I would regret not renting a car. In fact, I was easily able to get everywhere I wanted by foot, bus, or train. A comfortable...
