'My wife and I had a great stay at this resort. The rooms were clean and attractively updated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal at the Windrose restaurant on the property. It was very quick to get from our room to the beach. For those who can’t take the stairs, there is an elevator to the beach. I would recommend this resort to friends and family. '

'We stayed in an Ocean Front Balcony room w 2 queen beds for 2 adults 1 tween & 1 dog. The size of the room was good. The views of the beach were great. The room itself was pretty dirty. Visible stains on the carpet. Visible trash underneath the bathroom vanity. Upholstered desk chair had crumbs and visible stains on the seat cushion. Loved the 3 storage wire drawers that were next to the refrigerator. Very handy. Some of the existing usb ports did not work. The breakfast options were good...

'My only problem was upon check in the room was out of shampoo, body wash, and there was no additional toilet paper. Limited towels as well. Staff was very prompt to bring supplies once I called. '

'The property was nice clean and convenient to food within walking distance, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach with beautiful views. There were two separate hot tubs and a pool with a lazy river our stay was very enjoyable we would absolutely recommend this resort for all ages! '

'The Beal house exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t even compare to how clean, pristine, and cute it was. The views are great and the staff did an excellent job at accommodating our group. They even gave my mom a gift for her birthday and my sister a gift for her gender reveal. The one thing to be aware of is 1) they don’t offer room service, and 2) if you are looking to make a room block, the event staff weren’t always the most responsive and sometimes made errors in our reservations...

'We hadden een kamer met kingsize bed en stapelbed geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met enkel een king en een slaapbank. Bij de receptie werden we verwezen naar Expedia. Ze konden niets voor ons doen. Belachelijk dit! Ik heb dit nog nergens meegemaakt.'

'We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...

'Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. '
