« We loved the location and convenience of this condo! The staff was quick to respond my questions or concerns. They were super friendly! The bedrooms had ceiling fans and enough room for everyone plus their stuff! The closet in the large room even had a beach wagon. »

« The house was very cute and clean! Not super big but was perfect for our family of 4. It was a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk which was so convenient because that is where we enjoy to take our kids. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. Overall would recommend staying here. »

« Great location! Easy access to beach. Apartment was very nice with stylish and comfortable accommodations. The view of the bay out of our window was beautiful. Easy check-in and checkout. We could hear the people above us walking around, but nothing that disturbed our stay. The only downside is that we couldn’t watch March Madness in the evening athere was no regular TG. »

« This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons. »

« Sunrise out your windows! It is across the street from the beach but” the sand and ocean are just steps away “We were right across from where the wedding party was and the wedding so the location was perfect for us . « We come to Navarre Beach frequently but usually stay at a different complex. We wanted to be closer to the pier so we gave Summerwind a try! We were very happy with the condo. We had a small issue with the AC and the property managers were there within a few hours to fix it. Communication was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone! »

« My only complaint is that Vacasa is the manager. They are great, responsive, and on site. But, there are no scatter rugs, I suppose it costs more to wash them. But, I like a rug in front of my bathroom sink and at least a welcome mat inside the door if not both side ands out. »

« Great property. Easy access to beach. Condo well furnished. A welcome basket was a nice touch. Hope to return again some day. Only one comment about the beach service. The guys were not overly helpful or friendly. Keep in mind that if paying in advance for beach chairs there is no refund if it rains majority of day and chairs are not used . Might wait and rent when you arrive. »

« This cozy little studio had everything we needed for our almost week stay. Comfy bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen (no stove, but that’s ok we did just fine without-plus there is a stovetop for cooking), comfy couch with full cable tv, table and chairs for dining. We spent a lot of time at the awesome pool just outside the studios door. The beach can be seen from the studio and takes less than a minute to walk right onto the white sandy shoreline! BEAUTIFUL WATER AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS!!...

« We enjoyed our stay and love the condo and balcony. A few updates needed. The king and queen beds were very uncomfortable and need replaced. The cookware needs replaced too.
