'Our stay was amazing!! From the friendly welcome at check in to the wonder customer service at check out. Premises was clean and neat, rooms were cleaned and replenished everyday. Workers were very helpful and friendly. Had kids: 3&6 yo and I would say this place is kid friendly for the most part. I think this place is amazing for all but especially girls trip or couple getaway. I only had one hiccup: they left the sliding door open after cleaning and our room was muggy and bugs welcomed...

'This was one of the most beautiful resorts we saw on the whole island but you need to realize how remote it was. We rented golf carts and it took about 1 hr 20 min to get into town and it's a very bumpy road. It is faster by water taxi but they charge $37USD per person and for a family of 4 that is alot. To the south the next restaurant is about 10 minute drive and south it is about 45 minutes. That is also where the nearest store is. The food at the resort is good. We actually loved how...

'Overall nice property with actual beach access. Rooms and outdoor furnishings could use a refresh; one dining chair had ripped rattan backing and outdoor furniture was plastic and uncomfortable . Pools were nice and never too crowded. View of the water from room was beautiful. I probably would stay here again, it was a great value for a beachfront resort.'

'Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good...
