'This is an amazing property with a spectacular view of the ocean. It sits directly across the street from the beach which actually disappears during high tide and the waves crash against the break right in front of the property! Sleep with the windows open and hear the waves all night, it’s awesome! The condo is small but very comfortable and clean. 'This place had everything for a comfortable, relaxed beach experience. We walked to the beach and into downtown when we felt like a meal out in a restaurant. The condo was set in lush, beautifully maintained surroundings. Although it is one unit in a larger complex, this unit is located on the beach end and was very private and quiet. Beach chairs and other accessories were provided for our use. Complete kitchen and spacious living room area with TV and gas fireplace. We’ll look for this place...

'5 of us in our 60's. We appreciated the walk in shower in this nicely updated condo. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful. The public bathroom across the street was not a problem. Only downfall was the sofa bed was uncomfortable. If we stay here again we will bring an air mattress.'

'Overall the condo was a good place to stay. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed: ceiling fan didn't work, outlet in kitchen kept popping, light on refrigerator indicated water filter needed to be changed. Some of the furnishing are a bit worn, like the chair in the bedroom and one of the table lamps in the bedroom doesn't stand up straight. But none of these were game changers for us. 'The stay was great, the property is amazing and feels like a tropical oasis. The beach access is fabulous and feels like a private beach. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was being redone. I looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and that is the only thing I was not able to do. The sunsets in Oceanside are amazing and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book at this location again. '

'Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. '

'This house is AWESOME!! While it is a walk to the beach, it's quick and totally doable. It's close to the shops downtown. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with almost everything a serious cook needs. There was plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The only thing missing was a bigger deck, but it will not keep us from renting it again next year! Thanks for the perfect end to summer vacation!!'
