'Weekend trip. Met up with my Aunt and Uncle from Buffalo, NY. We loved the apartment. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Large comfortable sofa in front of the TV. We did use the kitchen to cook breakfasts and it was stocked with enough pots, pans, and utensils. Check in and check out were easy. Bed was comfortable. I was worried about parking but 2 passes to park in the building’s lot were included. I ended up just parking on the street near front door as it was a safe area. '

'Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers.'

'the chair at dining table reclined back too far - you couldn't lean back on the chairs. They were almost dangerous - for an elderly person or a child - someone could get hurt. Otherwise the place was comfortable and well appointed'

'The place was damaged with holes in the walls, they had closet doors laying against the wall and to top it off the kitchen was dirty along with ROACHES crawling on the walls and one was on the bed. I've never been more mortified and disgusted by a property. '

'We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

'No AC, ran out of toilet paper notified management by text. They said it would be taken care of. Never was. Had to sleep with the windows open. Very very noisy all night long '
