'We hebben 4 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Prima hotel met uitstekend ontbijt en geweldig zwembad. In de omgeving veel restaurants en downtown Chicago is ca 40 minuten per auto, net als O'Hare vliegveld. Kamers ruim, ook onze double. Personeel vriendelijk.'

'Its a small quaint Hyatt and thats what we loved the most. We stayed for 5 days due to the passing of my beautiful mother in-law. The staff at the front desk and bar were amazing. Every morning we'd go down with our grandson for breakfast and they'd be at the desk saying good morning. This is a really nice hotel with amazing staff.'

'room was dated but clean and warm. Shower preseure could have been greater. TV was nice flat screen. Bed was comfy, 4 pillows was nice. Frig/freezer and micro wave good to have. Area was OK, quiet and did not notice folks loitering and such. The bar next door was nice, ate and drank a bit there. Overall if I was in the area again would stay here.'

'Experience was good. The room and hotel decor is great. Very clean, even after I wiped everything down. The only thing I didn't enjoy was when I ordered food from Uber. They accepted my order at the lobby and didn't communicate that they had my order. Just left my food sitting there. Otherwise, 10/10'

'Schone kamer, prima bed. Koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en magnetron op de kamer. Ontbijt is prima met wafels maar ook fruit. Receptie bood ons spontaan een andere kamer aan toen hij onze koffer zag. Hotel heeft namelijk geen lift maar was voor ons geen probleem. Als we in de buurt zijn komen we weer terug. NB het ligt in South Holland :-)'

'We stayed one night after the Chicago Auto Show. It was only about 15 mins from downtown Chicago and convenient off the interstate. Property was very clean and had updated smart TV and tech in room (USB plugs, etc.) Plenty of hot water and pressure and bedding was clean and comfy. Breakfast was not bad at all for free continental. Bisquit's and gravy was really good, oatmeal, sauage, selection of cereals (a bit light on fruit). Staff at check-in was very pleasant. There were several restaurants...

'Overall, my stays here have been good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is satisfying. My one complaint is when I've Intentionally asked to have the room serviced especially when staying 3 days, my requests were not honored. I was met with excuses, apologies and towels. '
