'The staff was amazing and upgraded our room because our teenage daughter weren't comfortable in the bunk beds made for smaller children. They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains. Thank you so much for your great service and caring about the comfort of your customers. '

'We had a great stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the roll away bed we got for our room and as very uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs. Those mattresses really need replaced. The pool and breakfast were great and we loved the location '

'Went on a trip with my son and my niece. We loved the extended pool and hot tub hours, the breakfast each morning, and how pleasant the staff always were. Also very conveniently located, no matter which end of pigeon forge you wanted to go to. Our tub drain wouldn’t stay closed and I didn’t tell the manager about it until check out, but when I did he took a note so they would go and check into fixing it.
