'Came here 5.5 years after our honeymoon. Only stayed one night as we were island hopping. Made me appreciate this place even more. Yes it is pricey but the staff would do pretty much anything for you. All expectations were met and exceeded. Kudos again to this Hyatt property '

'Een ongewoon vriendelijke service en efficient antwoord op elke vraag zoals dat zelden voorkomt zelfs bij 5 sterren hotels kenmerkt de zeer positieve ingesteldheid van gans het personeel. Daarnaast zeer stijlvolle en moderne maar wat kleine kamers , wel zeer confortabele bedden en een leuk klein zwembad en ligweide zoals dat hoort bij een bourtique hotel. Enig minpunt de wat luide airco op de kamer en de piepkleine kluis waarin amper een ipad past.'

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening...

'Very beautiful condo with well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace looking over a garden. Bedroom was very nice, but the sleeping couch was not as we thought. Saying it was possible to sleep with 4 adults, the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and not suitable for adults. Clean rooms and the beach was nearby.'

'Whalers Cove Oceanfront Resort is top notch! We could not have asked for more…ocean views right from our living room, the sound of crashing waves to lull you to sleep each night, steps away from the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the Pacific and a beautiful, grassy lawn overlooking the ocean just perfect for whale, sea turtle and dolphin watching. 'The unit we stayed in was not represented in the photos, it was a little old with no bedrooms with ocean views. The patio is as pictured, evening sun exposure. Turtles in the bay. Note there is no ac, but we were fine as we were out all day and here in December. Close to a lot of great things. Would stay again, but wosh they would have been more clear on what our actual unit looked like. '

'Great location. Clean and comfortable. Snorkelling is great on the beach and of course the turtles coming up every evening is amazing. We have tweens and location was great for us. No AC, but you adjust quickly. Open up at night and close up in the mid-morning.'

'The property was clean and very well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the lanai was superb, especially in the evening. A 5 minutes walk to poipu beach and 20 to shipwreck, also easy to get to the main highway if you need to head west. Really a great property, and I look forward to staying again when I'm back on the island!'

'Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night...
