'Nice home with an excellent view of the volcano. Only a couple minutes to town, but the feel of seclusion. Met the owner while checking in and he shared any and all information you may need about the home. '

'Very good communication with the host Arnaldo. Easy check in with codes: no keys. The house was very clean. With four bedrooms the house was quite big but very comfortable for our family. The kitchen and furniture are a bit basic, but all new- seems to be recently built or renovated. For shops and restaurants it is a 15 minute drive through the hilly countryside, which was very green and lush when we were there in the rainy season.'

'What an amazing property and community. Beyond relaxing, breathtaking views, and Bev (seems to be the Mayor of the Vistas ) is just fantastic. We didn’t get in until very late, beyond our projected time, and she still ensured our check-in was smooth and seamless. She can provide great recommendations too, if anything is needed. Such a wonderful find!! Thank you Bev and the community that seems like family.'

'Very few properties if any offers you what CRParaiso does. A very well kept house and so many acres of land that you can roam around. A true paradise for nature lovers and birdwatchers like us. Do not miss it.'

'Great rustic house in La Fortuna. Pool was great! And the air conditioning cooled down the place quick. House is located in a neighborhood away from downtown but it was easy enough to take an Uber. Communication with the manager was easy and they got supplies over to me quickly. Mary’s bbq down the street was an easy walk, and there are some little stores. This house was perfect for our group of 14 over the Easter holiday. Thank you again!!'

'We stayed here in 2019 as well. Incredible views of Lake Arenal, volcano and jungle with howler monkeys and beautiful birds. We love the Eagle's Nest for a morning coffee and just to enjoy the view. 30 minutes from La Fortuna and 5 minutes from 3 nice restaurants and markets. Will go back again in the future. '

'Property was clean and beautiful. We loved the outside space. Our hosts, Carole and Ademar were very responsive and friendly! Ademar gave us a wonderful tour of the property and cooked us a superb dinner one night! We saw lots of howler Monkeys and birds, even a Toucan….the resident sloth and her baby played shy. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this area. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we stayed at least 4! There is so much to do in the area!'

'This was the perfect, serene getaway and driving distance to the excursions we did while staying in La Fortuna. Our host communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Red Frog Cafe was our favorite for coffee everyday. '

'This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm...
