'The best feature was our host, Paul. He was always available, knowledgeable, attended to issues, made suggestions, reservations & drove us wherever we wanted to go, regardless of the time. He’s an extremely valuable employee & would be very hard to replace. Beachcomber is rated 3-Star so don’t expect room service. Riding push bikes up the hill is a killer. The walls are thin so you can hear everything going on in the next room. The grounds are beautifully maintained, beds comfy, relaxing...

'Leuke plek in/op de rand van Byron Bay. Paar minuten wandelen naar het centrum. Gelegen in de natuur, tussen de bomen en jungle. Veel beestjes op het terrein, water dragons en kalkoenen. Michael en Charlie zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het is in de jungle gelegen, dus je hebt wat beestjes in en om de cottage. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. '

Host made sure we have everything we need and shared some local knowledge about the area. Lots to explore and see, but nice to come back to the property at watch the sunset too.
