'This exceeded all expectations. I was concerned upon booking that the actual experience and rooms might be overhyped or a bit silly, but everything was just incredible. One of my best stays in Australia by far. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You were receiving 5 star treatment throughout. The rooms are stunning and nothing beats opening the curtains at sunrise to 3 zebra walking by your patio. I felt transported to Africa. You won't regret booking it. The Zoo itself is...

'Friendliness of the staff was second to none - nothing was too difficult The villa was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking all meals We absolutely loved the spa bath as well as the view from the front verandah We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and will be making this place a destination for an annual holiday - except next time for longer!! 'Love the easy access into the building, couldn’t find a dryer in the building as it was raining when we turned up In saying that it did have everything else u needed in the room including a pot scrubber n gloves lol Staff n restaurant in the pub downstairs was nice as well '
