'Overall, we had a good time. The staff weee very welcoming and nice and the food was above expectations. However a couple items to be aware if you stay here: We chose the all inclusive option but it’s not a true all inclusive resort. Food and drink are only covered during “meal hours” which exclude 2-6 pm. Their system to track all inclusive guests is also faulty as they rely on paper receipts to tally up drinks that don’t have time stamps. So at checkout I was surprised with large charges...

'We did arrive during a cyclone at the resort but the staff made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. The activity Manager and Reception staff members were proactive in communicating with us for both activities and transfers. The resort staff was very friendly and responding to all our requests ( even if some would need additional training as the level of service is sometimes inconsistent). 'When you are looking for a luxurious and tropical destination, Tokoriki is the place to go! The cottages are beautifully decorated and all have seaview. The pool is stunning and is the perfect place to enjoy sunset with a nice cocktail. Staff is extremely friendly. The resort offers different trips around the island, the free daily snorkelling trips were great. Overall experience was excellent, but don't expect Michelin star quality food.'

'Een werkelijk schitterend tropisch eiland, echter zonde dat er zo'n waardeloos en uitgewoond resort op staat. Personeel is veel minder vriendelijk en gemotiveerd dan waar dan ook in Fiji. Eten is bedroevend en duur (op de cocktails na, die zijn elders veel duurder). Gebruik van wifi is ook duur(der dan elders). Comfort van de kamer is bedroevend. 'Het resort is zwaar verouderd. Veel zaken zijn kapot. Overal ligt rommel en afval. Het is ook vies op veel plekken. Het zwembad was smerig. Nadat onze kinderen hier in hadden gezwommen kregen ze onwijs rode ogen en buikloop. Het is prijzig dus de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. Voor veel zaken moet je bijbetalen en ben je ook bewust dat het nog veel extra geld kost om op het eiland te komen en te gaan. Het eten is slecht, niet vers, smaakloos en ongezond. De wifi werkt niet. Kortom als...

'We are 6 people - grandparents, parents, and teens. The home was a perfect size for us and had all the features we needed. The shining best part is the family we got to know and who took the best care of us. We were spoiled, well fed, and totally looked after…and absolutely loved each of them. Every day was full! Zeer slecht onderhouden resort voor te veel geld

"Het resort is zwaar verouderd. Veel zaken zijn kapot. Overal ligt rommel en afval. Het is ook vies op veel plekken. Het zwembad was smerig. Nadat onze kinderen hier in hadden gezwommen kregen ze onwijs rode ogen en buikloop. Het is prijzig dus de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. Voor veel zaken moet je bijbetalen en ben je ook bewust dat het nog veel extra geld kost om op het eiland te komen en te gaan. Het eten is slecht, niet vers, smaakloos en ongezond. De wifi werkt niet. Kortom als je naar Fiji gaat ga dan niet naar deze plek. Zonde want er is potentie, het strand en de zee zijn prachtig en ook het personeel is super vriendelijk. Onze kinderen hebben het hierdoor leuk gehad."
