'My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.'

'My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of little Italy. You walk out the door and it is food and activity and shops and so fun. The apartment is very clean, sunny and very nicely furnished. The bed was super comfortable. The bedrooms were a little noisy because they’re right on a busy street but nothing overwhelming. Highly recommend this place for your trip to New York City! '

'I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. 'This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. '

'We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in February and could easily have stayed a month... The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk from dozens of great restaurants and shops, as well as the subway. Considering that the apartment is only one flight up from a vibrant street and has lots of windows, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The owner sent along really clear instructions in advance -- checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here...
