'Came here for one night with my husband. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were awesome! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I love the location in Kelowna. Family long weekend the hotel had many activities planned for the kids which was awesome. My only thing was the cleanliness of the change room and pool. There were towels everywhere in the change rooms. It definitely Looked like no one was cleaning or doing rounds. The towel holder in the pool area was falling apart. I spent...

'Very helpful staff'

'Friendly, accommodating staff at reception and great brunch and service at the West Coast Seafood and Raw Bar. Soundproofing needs improvement (older building) as we were lodged on the Harvey side of the building - ear plugs were complimentary, but the traffic noise was unrxpected and a bit much. If we were to stay again, I would request a room on the opposite side to Harvey. '
