'We really enjoyed our stay here. You can see that property is little bit old , but it's really in good condition, clean and cozy. Rooms are clean, pool are clean. When you are staying in resort - you have exclusive access to one extra hot pool. And early access to bog pools. There are 2 dining option - one is great for dinner and second one for breakfast, and one more café for coffee and deserts. SPA is available on site.'

'Friendly staff but overall an aging building. Elevator is stupid slow. Workout room is a joke with some equipment that must be 30 years old. Nice outdoor hot tub. Room was fine, but could use with new curtains/shades, especially if you face the mountain as they keep a bright light on for some reason. Can't beat the location, but like all things RCR they really could use to invest in maintenance and upkeep a bit more.'

'Very friendly staff, but room disappointing. Very warm and lots of noise from the pipes in the room, blown warm air in. Could not adjust temperatures in the room and open window could not bring the temperature down. Mails pre-arrival, containing regulations, fees and fines and demands, are not contributing to a relaxing and pleasant arrival experience. The friendly check-in staff makes up for that in some way. Fines printed on amenities for taking them with you is also overdone and gets away...

'Pictures only reflect the biggest accomodation. Our room even if quite expensive can not even hold 2 suitcases, we had to sort it out on the parking what to bring into the room. No TV, no place to store your clothes, no fridge…I wonder how you can say 5* in this case…sea view is partial, bathroom joins are not clean…all in all not a good price quality ratio…Breakfast should include different eggs and fresh juices at this price . 'Prachtig hotel, waren hier 9 jaar geleden al gewenst. Nu een geweldige upgrade gekregen direct aan het water. '

'Ruim appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers en eigen badkamers. Minpunt was de kapotte jacuzzi op het balkon, hadden hier naar uitgekeken maar was kapot en kon niet gerepareerd worden gedurende ons verblijf. Wel is er snel een compensatie qua prijs geregeld, de receptie was zeer behulpzaam daarbij'

'Op de foto’s zag het er mooi en schoon uit. Ze hadden te weinig personeel. Toen we aankwamen was de kamer niet klaar wat niet erg was maar toen hij klaar was was niet stof gezogen en het beddengoed was niet in de hoes gestopt maar alleen op het bed gelegd dus dat heb ík zelf gedaan. De afstandsbediening van de tv werkte niet goed en er waren maar weinig zenders. Er kwam iemand naar kijken maar er werd geen optie aangeboden of een andere afstandsbediening gegeven.
