'My first time staying in a capsule hotel, it was comfortable '

'It's connected to the same company's more upscale hotel called The Lively. They have a nice lounge and coworking space, even adding a pool table. The Millennials is on the 3rd floor, with no washer and dryer (need to go to The Lively on the 4th floor). Showers, washrooms and beds were extremely clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when I lost my anti depressant medication at my previous hotel in Osaka (thanks Isabelle!). The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of...

'Rei-san was a fantastic help during my stay, as well as all the staff! very clean, very convenient with the Otsuka station within a 2-minute walk, and a lot of dining options in the area. If you're looking for a place with great bathing facilities, space for luggage and a decent bed while you're travelling around Tokyo, this capsule hotel is a great place to stay!'

'前日深夜到着＆翌日早朝の成田空港発フライトのため利用しました。初めてのカプセル利用でしたが、最低限の施設設備が整っていて、何より空港内第２ターミナルすぐにあるため、非常に便利でした。シャワーを浴びている間にカプセル内の入口側に置いてあった掛け布団が無くなる（pcやiPadなど色々置いていましたが他に盗られたものは無し）という珍事がありましたが、スタッフさんに言うと、驚いた様子で（ですよねw）すぐに確認・新しい掛け布団を準備してくれました。何だったんだろう…。それ以外は問題なく快適でした。空港にあるからか、スーツケースを広げる最低限スペースのロッカーがあります。接続している第２ターミナル内の歩いて３〜５分くらいのところに２４時間営業のセブン・吉野家があります。'

'The place was nice and clean, had good facilities (like a powder room) and you get a little goodie bag for every night that you’re staying. At the ladies floor you get a towel, face towel and pyjamas to borrow, and a bag to keep with face products, cotton swabs and pads, a hair brush, a tooth brush and toothpaste. Very considerate. The lockers are too narrow to fit a bigger suitcase but you can store it at the reception if you want. Note that the staff does not usually speak English, AT ALL. I...
