'Staying with 3 generation and we had wonderful time'

'The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep.'

'I have a wonderful time in this camp. The house was so dreamy like that one in storybook. We didn’t check the check-in time, so we were late at the check-in, so please do remember to check-in time is 3 pm to 6 pm. I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house. We have requested barbecue at the place....

'Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, they helped transport our ski bags, they picked us up from the Hakuba train station and at the end of our stay dropped us off again. Highly recommend and would stay again. '

'予約時に宿泊人数の食い違いがありましたが、施設はとても綺麗でキッチン用品もほぼ揃っているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。 子供達も大喜びでした。 駐車場は確かにわかりずらいので、サイトの動画で確認してから行くのをおすすめします。 また、機会があれば利用したいです。'
