'Great place to stay and prompt shutter service to universal studios. Hotel is great and friendly and clean. Room was great. Only negative is that rooms do not have a microwave or on the property. Need to use the microwave across the street to safari hotel. '

'Good points: location is convenient to LA, Hollywood and Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal is a big plus (remember to reserve well ahead of time). The pool area and the sun deck are a great place to lounge. Rooms are good enough with decent beds. Bad points: walls of rooms are thin and there may be a lot of noise. Parking spaces are built for 1950s cars and are small for today’s size of cars. My main negative point was that the hotel charged us a ridiculous amount for a new bed sheet...
