'We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! '

'This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. 'Great secure location for dogs, Peaceful in the evenings. Took two Huskies who like to be the leaders of other dogs and they got on well with their dogs too. Ragland Castle is worth a visit. Chepstow castle was a bit disappointing, rude reception women and half of it was closed for repairs with no mention by the reception women.'

'A beautiful comfortable house. Plenty of room for larger groups. The kitchen is well stocked the bedrooms.and bathrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and kept in touch. Overall this is a very stylish house very cosy for a winter weekend away. I would totally recommend a visit.'

'We booked the property as we were attending a family wedding in the area and we are so glad we did. The location of the cottage is lovely, with a grassed area at the front and paddocks behind. My son was completely in love with the horses, and also enjoyed regular visits from residents dog Bella and cat Archie! The property itself is lovely and homely and we felt really welcome by owner Laura, who came out to say hello when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Laura has left us...

'The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!'

Prima hotel, lost problemen goed op.

"Als onderdeel van een rondreis verbleven in het hotel. Eerste indruk is dat het wel een degelijk hotel is, maar wellicht toe aan een beetje TLC. De kamers zijn gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm, omdat - schijnbaar wat anders dan met NL - de meeste hotels geen airconditioning hebben, was ook deze kamer erg warm. Omdat je niet echt kan luchten kregen we een ventilator van de receptie. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een groep, de eerste nacht was het erg lawaaiig, we hebben dit kenbaar gemaakt en het hotel heeft alles keurig opgepakt en opgelost. Zelfde voor de warmte. Keurig opgelost allemaal. Zwembad is prima! Sauna goed heet en een squash en goede gym. Parkeren is 5 pond per dag. Let op! Dit gaat via een externe partner. "
