'This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

'A beautiful comfortable house. Plenty of room for larger groups. The kitchen is well stocked the bedrooms.and bathrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and kept in touch. Overall this is a very stylish house very cosy for a winter weekend away. I would totally recommend a visit.'

'Everything you need in a lovely character building. David was very helpful and friendly. Found a wild swimming spot behind Skenfrith Castle and had some lovely walks with our dog.'

'Nice basic home. Verry clean. All you need was there, accept something like a welcome book. A book, where you can find the most important things in the area (doctor, vet supermarket....) There you can also put stuff in as, where is the fuse box ore how does the shower works. The amount of towels was verry low for 2 weeks'

'Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.'

'Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow.'

'The Stables is such a lovely place to stay. It's got lovely views over the countryside and it's so peaceful. The hot tub was great, there's a log burner (which we didn't need), it's very clean and you can tell the Stables has been converted to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi was excellent and its location is ideal for exploring Monmouthshire or the Forest of Dean. Highly recommend the Stables for any couple.'

'We booked the property as we were attending a family wedding in the area and we are so glad we did. The location of the cottage is lovely, with a grassed area at the front and paddocks behind. My son was completely in love with the horses, and also enjoyed regular visits from residents dog Bella and cat Archie! The property itself is lovely and homely and we felt really welcome by owner Laura, who came out to say hello when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Laura has left us...

'The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!'

Prima hotel, lost problemen goed op.

"Als onderdeel van een rondreis verbleven in het hotel. Eerste indruk is dat het wel een degelijk hotel is, maar wellicht toe aan een beetje TLC. De kamers zijn gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm, omdat - schijnbaar wat anders dan met NL - de meeste hotels geen airconditioning hebben, was ook deze kamer erg warm. Omdat je niet echt kan luchten kregen we een ventilator van de receptie. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een groep, de eerste nacht was het erg lawaaiig, we hebben dit kenbaar gemaakt en het hotel heeft alles keurig opgepakt en opgelost. Zelfde voor de warmte. Keurig opgelost allemaal. Zwembad is prima! Sauna goed heet en een squash en goede gym. Parkeren is 5 pond per dag. Let op! Dit gaat via een externe partner. "
