'This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

'Exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful, cosy, and perfectly set up for large groups. More bathrooms/ensuites than you can count, comfy linen, stocked kitchen, and a table big enough for all guests to enjoy dinner together. Extra callout to the extremely comfy chairs around the log fire, perfect for a quiet weekend of reading. Coralie is an exceptional host, responsive, informative, and friendly. 'We loved the cottage, right in the centre of historic Ludlow. It was clean. comfortable, quirky and had every amenity we could want and lots of extras. Quiet, yet close to shops. cafes. pubs, and a wonderful market. We enjoyed a Christmas day walk by the river.'

'Everything you need in a lovely character building. David was very helpful and friendly. Found a wild swimming spot behind Skenfrith Castle and had some lovely walks with our dog.'

'Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.'

'Lovely cottage perfect for two people. The cleanliness was perfect and we had everything we needed. Hosts were accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Location of property is great to explore Forest of Dean, there is plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommend! '

'Charming historic house, ideally situated close to everything but in a quiet location (we slept very well, the mattresses are of excellent quality).Wood panelling and antique furniture with a modern touch in the decoration make this house a very warm and cosy place.We loved our stay and will be back.Forbes Group Team'

'The first impressions was wow how immaculately clean the house was. Every surface was gleaming ! There were so many extra little touches just made the stay so special. The facilities are amazing. So much to keep everyone entertained from canoes, bicycles, pool, air hockey, table tennis, jigsaw puzzles, books and Netflix. No chance of anyone say they are bored ! 'Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. 'A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.'

"Hoewel het hotel wel een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken, compenseert de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en personeel hiervoor. Ontbijt was prima en verdere ondersteuning ook."

Prima hotel, lost problemen goed op.

"Als onderdeel van een rondreis verbleven in het hotel. Eerste indruk is dat het wel een degelijk hotel is, maar wellicht toe aan een beetje TLC. De kamers zijn gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm, omdat - schijnbaar wat anders dan met NL - de meeste hotels geen airconditioning hebben, was ook deze kamer erg warm. Omdat je niet echt kan luchten kregen we een ventilator van de receptie. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een groep, de eerste nacht was het erg lawaaiig, we hebben dit kenbaar gemaakt en het hotel heeft alles keurig opgepakt en opgelost. Zelfde voor de warmte. Keurig opgelost allemaal. Zwembad is prima! Sauna goed heet en een squash en goede gym. Parkeren is 5 pond per dag. Let op! Dit gaat via een externe partner. "
