'This property was great for the three of us, conveniently located near bus stops and plenty of restaurants around. The apartment itself had what we needed and checking in and out was a breeze. Did notice the room showed signs of aging (scratch on table and stain on the sofa), but otherwise it was great with the little kitchen for us to bring back our 7/11 haul. Would recommend this place for Incheon stays. '

'乗り継ぎのため仁川空港に深夜着、午前便で日本へ向かう際に親子3名で利用しました。 深夜のチェックアウトはレセプションに人がいないと知り不安でしたが、タッチパネルで問題なくチェックインできました。 深夜着のせいか周りに開いているお店はありません。（空港のコンビニは開いていました） お部屋は清潔で快適で、窓から仁川大橋が見えてとてもきれいでした。 到着日はタクシー利用、翌朝はシャトルバスで空港へ向かおうと思いましたが予約制とのことで利用できませんでした。 レセプションでタクシーを呼んでもらい空港に向かいましたが、出発して数分後、レセプションの方が私のスマホの置き忘れに気づき、タクシーのドライバーに電話をしてくれて、ホテルに引き返しスマホを受け取ることができました。 レセプションの方は日本語も英語も話せるとても優しい有能な方でした。 大変お世話になり、助けていただきありがとうございました。 '

'Hotel was great and the room was very nice. Tons of dining options that are all nearby. There’s a subway station basically across the street. Cabs as always around too if you prefer that mode of transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue with the property is the carpets in the area leading to the rooms on my floor should probably be replaced. It’s coming up in areas. Minor detail. '
