'It was perfect location for us and the kids. Easy walk to all our favorite pismo spots! The bunk room the beds are smaller than we thought in the photos and the couch bed mattress was very thin you could feel the bars, so the kids just slept on the couch, dishwasher didn’t work, but we didn’t really use the space other than sleeping and getting ready so it was. An inconvenience for us. Other than that we’d stay there again ! '

'We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.'

'I stayed here with my sister and teenage nephews for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described and pictured. The home was clean and the neighboorhood was quiet.
