'Jenn was a terrific host, very responsive and accommodating. Property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, and accessing the unit was no problem using instructions sent for check-in. RE: previous reviews bringing up the bathroom window - everything was fine while I stayed. 'Perfect studio for visiting Alameda. Very close to Park street so you can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and felt very cozy and welcoming. Hosts were totally accommodating without being overbearing. Their onboarding/arrival guides are somehow on the level of major modern hotel chains and provides all any any information you might need. 10/10, would stay again! '

'This place was excellent for me and my MIL. We were visiting my daughter at UCB. She has a car, and this place had a dedicated spot off the street. This place is around the corner from a gourmet farmstand that had everything we needed for a yummy breakfast every day! Plus wine and chocolate for the evening! The beds are very comfortable. 'It was a perfect match for my weekend. A quaint place with everything that I needed. I had all the utensils to be able to cook. A very nice place to relax between running errands with family.
