'The hotel is easy to find. Well advertised by the huge signpost at each car park entrance. The arrival was a warm welcome and was shown how to get to my room. I slept in a warm and cosy bed. The breakfast was a buffet with warm plates on order. It was served quick and of good quality. On my next trip to Falmouth, I will return to this hotel.'

'My stay was EXCELLENT. All the staff were very attentive, polite and very efficient. Their mannerisms really excelled. The food was fresh, hot and very well cooked and presented. I was even fortunate enough to witness Father Christmas Coming in the dining area with his sack of presents accompanied by his elf where he gave each and every guest a gift and we had a little sing along. Such a lovely experience and it really made my day. Now I am no spring chicken - let’s say majority of the guests...
