'Comfortable stay, good location. We loved lighting the fire at night but think this woke up a wasps nest! Wonderful walks and gardens nearby. A few electrical, plumbing issues which were rectified quickly. Would recommend. '

'The booking of the holiday house was different than usual . After the booking and payment I did not receive a message that the booking had gone through. After various calls I was connected to a firm in the Netherlands . They called the UK and after 20 minutes I got a verbal confirmation. An unnecessary worry. The house is in a pure residential area. 'All members of our party were really satisfied with this property. The open plan nature of the communal areas really gave a sense of space when you enter the building. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group having plenty of cups, glasses pans etc. The rooms were clean and my fellow guests all reported comfortable beds. The building is nestled amongst other buildings but this should put you off. The screening offered by fencing and plants lends to a feeling of isolation. A word of...

'Only after we’d booked did I realise that the property wasn’t actually in Falmouth but in Flushing. Yes it’s only 500m away but that’s across the river and not “walkable” which is what we wanted. The property itself was great, clean, warm and extremely well equipped. One major issue with location is the noise from the pub opposite, it would appear to be a great locals pub, gets busy and very loud. It wasn’t great to have that amount of noise just outside your bedroom. '

'We had a great time in Cornwall, using Falmouth as a base whilst we explored the south and west of Cornwall. The accommodation was really nice, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, lounge on the 1st floor and the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The garden was really nice and well kept, with an excellent hot tub which sits 4 people.
