I like that personal touch which really differentiates a very good 5 star hotel from just a good 5 star hotel. However, although I loved my stay in the hotel I have some critique. The hotel is very clean, but definitely needs some refurbishment/renovation. The carpets in the reading rooms are worn down, and in my room as well. The room is clean, but needs to get some serious upgrading, you really would expect a oversized flatscreen in the room and also a cd/mp3 player functionality to play music. The 2 michelin starred restaurant was unfortunately fully booked when I was there. Concierge service was good, but the VIP reservation in the night club was not properly communicated which was quite embarrassing.
