Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen maar op korte loopafstand van het appartement ligt een prima ontbijtrestaurant, genaamd O'Crossaint. Heerlijk ontbijt voor redelijke prijs. Enig aandachtspunt is dat het appartement op de 3e etage ligt en er is geen lift aanwezig. Voor slecht ter been zijnde personen is dit misschien toch een obstakel? '
