'I originally set up this trip for a quality time for my daughter and I as a gift for the last week of Christmas break, others were originally to come but didn't show. Either way we had the best time, the entire house was perfect for even just us, relaxing to the entirety. The Host responded quickly when needed wasn't even 5 minutes. 'My tile crew and I stayed here and we were blown away at how nice it was to relax in this house after work. 4 king size beds in all the rooms. Hardwood floors through out. Nice comfy couch with blankets to sit and watch a movie. Full kitchen to make breakfast every day or dinner at night. We will be back in a few weeks to book again. Great home you have there well done!'

'Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! '

'Was a great house to stay at. They accommodated my family well with my 3 dogs. Had a nice fenced-in back yard and plenty of space in the house for my family. Owner communicated with me well. I would recommend this VRBO for family too use. '

'I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!'

'We rented this house to take our soldier to AIT training at Ft. Gregg-Adams. Location was great and it was nice to have the comfort of a home when our son was granted a weekend pass.'

'We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable for our family, all the amenities we needed, overall good location for what we were visiting the city for. Very clean...with the tiny exception of a few dog hairs found on a living room throw blanket, which didn't bother us considering how exceptionally clean the rest of the house was! Lovely decor and a peaceful feel. The host was quick to answer the one time that we needed something. We would definitely stay here again...thanks so much!'

'We had 4 adults and this cozy place was nice. Very clean, great host and nice location. I would stay again with no hesitation. I live in NJ but grew up in Petersburg. This was my first VRBO experience in my home town and I was very please. Small but very nice. Four to five adults no problem.'

'My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!'

'The home exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and well appointed with all the things we needed to make our stay relaxing and rejuvenating. Our grandson was fascinated with the trains that would pass by. We especially enjoyed walking at the nearby park as well as the old road next to the train tracks. I highly recommend this home and the homeowner who has made this place a true gem!'

'We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again'

'Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation.
