'Property is on a small slop, 7 mins walk from jr Sannomiya station, can be difficult to find. Super near DON DONKY big store. Bf is excellent, with some days much better than others. Onsen is accepptable, but can be over whelming... too many people. Having a twin bed is rather spacious in Japan standard. Staff is efficient throughout, both recep n chamber. Would highly recomend. However, its location is far from shinkansen, shin kobe, shin osaka, ..and need to spend extra time getting to....

'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. 'I would highly recommend this hotel. Only a short walk to the JR station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as cultural areas to visit. The room was very large by Japanese standards with two very large beds a small sitting bench and a great bathroom with bath and shower in a wet room and a separate toilet and large vanity area.
