'When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. There was a long period, when I checked in, in which I was pressured to decide if I was going to stay there or go to my friends in Arco Felice. I decided to stay for a few days. I...

'Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded.'

'The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs.'

'Great stay in a very central location. The host was very responsive, polite and helpful. The location is great but it is right in the party bit of Naples so the noise does reflect that. The space was good. Sofa could be bigger, but we didn’t do a lot of sitting down! Some of the decor and furnishing were a tiny bit tired, but the apartment was excellent value for money so as to be expected! Would certainly recommend :)'

'The apartment itself was good enough for what we needed, it was a short bus journey into the center, and the bus stop was right outside the apartment which was very handy! It was extremely basic with very little amenities but it was clean ish, apart from the ceiling in the bathroom cracking in the night. No windows that looked out other than into the other apartments.
