'Great location to kick-back, away from the local tourist crowd. The nearby beach is beautiful, with easy access and not crowded. Bill and his wife are very nice, personable and responsive hosts. We stayed in the guest house. It has a very quaint, bohemian feeling. We loved it!'

'This is a lovely property. It is private and well stocked. The outstanding view from the deck, especially at sunrise, offsets the 86, slippery when wet, steps to get to the cottage. The location is get. We are partial to the Coral Bay area. So, this was a great find.'

'We enjoyed our stay and exploring St. John. We had been a little apprehensive about staying in Coral Bay, but we found it peaceful and convenient. Several local markets met our needs and a couple of restaurants were casual and had good food. The apartment was unique and the builder had taken care and pride in the design and workmanship. It was great for the two of us and we would gladly return.'

'The home and location were perfect for our group with small children. The pool was great and waking up and walking out to the beach was so peaceful each morning. We enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing in the bed on the beach. We were just a short drive to Grace Bay. Ben and his team checked in on us regularly and kept the beach nice and clean each day.
