« As a solo traveler, I was very nervous to stay in a Vrbo but I had a great experience! The host was quick to respond and was very flexible, allowing me to extend the booking date and check out times. The place was clean and it comes with some beach towels which was very convenient. The only thing is that there wasn't hot water. But other than that it was fantastic! »

« This property is amazing! We had 14 people stay (7 adults and 7 kids) and we were never cramped. The open living room, kitchen, dining area was a great place to hang out, but then we could escape to our room for privacy. The pool area was very nice and the kids lived in the pool. The house is 3 blocks from a beautiful beach which was an easy walk. They provided beach chairs but you can also rent chairs and umbrellas right at the beach. If we return to San Juan, we will book again! »

« John was a nice host, he was very fast to answer any questions we had. The house is nice. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped. Beach is a 5 min walk from the house (not the best beach though). There is a fantastic butcher (Cut) just 300m from the house. A few drawbacks: the pool is very small (looks bigger on the pictures), a LOT of noises around the house at night (you NEED earplugs to sleep), water in the shower is very weak. Overall a good experience but I would choose another...

« The house is huge and the views are amazing. It is a little off the beaten path for convenience of getting places if you don’t have a car. The grocery store is a 20 minute walk each way. We pretty much didn’t see a reason to leave because we had everything we needed on the property. The snorkeling to the right of the house is amazing!! Bring your own gear because the house stuff is all broken. »

The room was excellent, the view was really nice, people really nice. The one restaurant has excellent food. The pool and view really nice.
