'Our first room was very dusty when we arrived, there was hair on the floor, the window would not lock and our TV did not work. 'Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short drive to Safeway and other convenience stores. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didn’t see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. We’ll go there again. '

'Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. '
