'Lovely old inn beautifully appointed with quirky decoration which suited an old building. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff who worked so hard during a very beautiful sunny weekend. Food was well presented and very enjoyable. Really comfortable bed and fab shower in a large bathroom. Great stay can’t wait to return as it’s situated in the gorgeous village of West Lulworth about a 5 minute walk from Lulworth Cove. Stunning. '

'We loved being at Knoll House Hotel… it was like stepping back in time … such an interesting history and it was warmly welcoming. We loved the spa and outside pool and being near the sea for swimming . The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right at the back of the property which was very peaceful. I’ve heard that developers are knocking at the door but please don’t change anything about this Hotel. 'Zeer geschikt hotel voor een romantisch weekend in Sandbanks, de mooiste buurt van Poole. Hotel is modern en comfortabel, zeer statige vertrekken en gemene delen, mooi zwembad, locatie vlak aan water (je ziet zeilboten en ferry's gewoon langs de vensters van bar en restaurant varen). Zeer "British" allemaal. Kamers ruim en voorzien van state-of-the-art sanitair. Jammer genoeg lieten de prijs (wij kregen een "budget"-kamer zonder ramen en vlak boven een lawaaierige binnenkoer met generatoren,...

'Room itself was a bit dated but breakfast was really nice and made to order with a view of Poole harbour. Location is 9 minutes walk from the beach but you can’t really see it unless you’re in the dining room or specific rooms I believe '

'Beautiful hotel/pub with a great location near the beach. The room was comfortable with all amenities and some lovely personal touches (the toiletries were excellent and the homemade chocolate treats were, well, a treat!) The food in the pub was also great. Will stay again!'
