'Upon arrival at the Front Desk, the person behind the desk was very polite. At one point I thought she might be reading from a card as she spoke of all the amenities of the hotel, the two restaurants and hours serving. She was extremely polite and made it a good start for my stay. '

'Everything was amazing. Right across the road from the Strong Museum. Facility was clean. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. No issues at all. '

'When we asked for clean towels and the housekeeper was rude about giving them to us. We called to have something fixed and no one ever came to fix it. Low pressure in the toilet. Parking was not plowed during a snowstorm making it difficult to get out. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were very friendly and service was excelled. '

'Very nice and attentive staff to all your needs and questions. Also very kid friendly and family oriented. Close driving distance to malls and shopping areas. On site parking. Free breakfast. Overall great stay!!! 10 out of 10. '

'Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Our room was not ready at checkin and we waited over an hour, but we were given meal vouchers to compensate. Our room was clean and spacious. The parking was not included. My kids loved the pool, though it was quite cold. I would stay here again.'

'You really should get this property some security for your staff .'

'In advertising for this hotel, it is noted through Expedia that Breakfast is included, however, there was no Breakfast at all. Just Coffee and Muffins were at the Coffee Stand. In today's economy, and with Hotel & Lodging Prices as high as they are, a hotel of this Calibur, should definitely has a decent Breakfast included. They use to have a very good hot breakfast before, they need to definitely bring it back. '

'Prettig hotel. Nette ontvangst door vlot personeel. Veel gasten. Happy hour bij aankomst voor 19.00 uur. Service hoog niveau. Jammer van de smalle queensize bedden (140 cm). Wij waren onderweg van Ny Ny. Naar niagara falls. Goede stopover.'

'Everything was really great, clean room and comfortable beds, room had all the amenities. Free breakfast was excellent -so many choices we were surprised. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Received 2 texts asking if everything was to our liking. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste and they gave us those. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked very nice. The only complaint was our room was across from an ice machine so that was noisy and There were people in the hallway...
