'Everything was very neat, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of dining options, and the coffee was delicious! The only downside was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The hotel was close to the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend!'

'The landscaping is lovely and the grounds are very clean and well kept. The pools are great, it was nice that they raised the water temperature for the last couple of days. It was nice to have the paths to stroll in the evenings. We enjoyed our meals, mostly at the Papala del Sol. Cornelio provided exceptional service, as did Luis. And Emiliano was always so cheerful. We did manage to get reservations at Los Murales and it was also very good, great service by Leonel, as well as the Hibachi...
