'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...

'I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. Since our dinner ended up late most nights, we did not make it to any of the shows. The other issue I had was that people would leave their belongings on the beach/pool beds or chairs and not occupy them. There...

'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'

Daisy and Diana went out of their way to accommodate us for anything we needed . We knew alot of the people from last year so it must be a good place to work .
