« Friendly staff at check in. We had a great room on the top floor which was comfortable. We only had a few minor things which didn’t give it full marks as the room was very hot but admittedly there was a fan in the wardrobe also the floor creaks which was quite distracting when the neighbouring room was moving around. Fantastic location in town at a fantastic price »

« Hotel very clean and freshly painted. Great view of the sea. Our room was clean and modern but noisy as next to the bar and water evacuation pipes just next to our bed. Probably got the hotels.com room. Breakfast booked for 9 am - very good but service disorganised. »

« Staff were so friendly and accommodating here in both reception and the restaurant. The room was generously sized and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel before our theatre trip which was excellent. Great views of the Millennium Bridge. Only negative comments - there was no conditioner in the bathroom. For somewhere which is offering free menstrual kits (bravo - this touch is amazing!) it would have been nice to have hair conditioner too. Also the check in process did seem to take quite a...
