'From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice. We cooked dinner with the supplies given and would definitely come back in the near future. It was a memorable experience with great views of mt Fuji! '

'全体的にきれいだったが、「マッサージチェアの一部の機能が使えない」「加湿器が壊れていた」「ダイニングチェアが汚れていた」などがあった。 オペレーターの方の対応はとても丁寧だった。 宿直前の道がかなり狭いので、注意が必要。'

'104号は縦列駐車になっていて普通自動車だとバックでしか停めれない、前の道が狭く、Uターンしバックで左側からしか入れない。でも慣れれば大丈夫でした。 部屋の中は綺麗。1階にシャワー室のみあり良かった。 1家族9人、犬二匹での宿泊で、ホテル、旅館みたいに顔を合わせることがなく気を使う事がないので良かった。'

'チェックインの際も迅速に対応いただきました。とても清潔で管理も行き届いていると思います。欲を言えば５人だともう少し広ければとは思いましたが、宿泊と考えれば十分満足のいくものです。ありがとうございました。'

'特に問題もなく利用できました。寝床のスペースは十分あります。 家電も一通り揃っており、電気式の鍋もあるため、食材だけ買えばほぼ手ぶらで来れます。 庭も広いため、子連れで来ても問題なさそうです。 ただ、電気が30Aのため、エアコン2台つけるとブレーカーが落ちます。 機会があればまたぜひ利用させていただきたいです。'
