'Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend '

'Accommodation comfort and location was perfect. The small cafe behind the reception was somewhat a mystery, but the following day was displayed a 'for lease' sign. Thankfully other locations next door. OAKS is a wonderful concept, and our first choice as we travel through Australia. Currently staying at Oaks on Charlotte in Brisbane. FANTASTIC!!!!'

'The hotel staffs are very friendly, we arrived early and I am lucky that staff allow us to check in around 1pm, so that we can take shower and have proper lunch to relax. Property is very close to the central station, location is good.'

'Good sized rooms, comfortable bed, decent walk in shower, additional facilities include free laundry & pool / gym. The housekeeping service was a bit mad - some stuff not cleaned well, bit of equipment short / went missing part way through my stay, odd. '
