'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'We had a really great vacation at Majeatic Elegance. Very pretty grounds and the beach was beautiful. Pretty blue water and no seaweed! Staff were friendly and the entertainment team was fun! The resort does need some updating though. The tiles in the pool are falling off and our bed sounded like it was going to fall apart every time we got in or out. Overall, we had a fun family vacation but I would recommend the Majestic Mirage over the Elegance. '
