'The hotel was amazing & the staff was extremely accommodating, polite & professional. The only issue was with housekeeping, as each day we had to call multiple times to get our room clean. When you come back from the pool & have zero clean towels, it is frustrating. The hotel scored 100% on every other area & would strongly recommend it to anyone!'

'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Resort was super clean!!! All areas!! Julio Baez in Preferred Lounge one of the best, he was entertaining, and made great drinks. They could use some more lively music in there though. Orlando our butler was great, made us our massage appointment, dinner reservations, luggage pick up and was always checking to see if we needed anything!! All the staff was great though too.'
