'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'It was a nice stay overall. The staff was very on top of things. However the room service only came 1x during our stay and it was on the day before we left to go home. Mahi Mahi the only restaurant on the premises was good but very slow. The drinks were better than the food. The area of Dorado was a very nice area in Puerto Rico… nearby restaurants and sites were nice. '

'Loved that it was hot water... they don't have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!'
