'Clean, spacious and stylish room. Private balcony overlooking the pool bar and had ocean view. Pool and hot tubs were really nice. Nice beach, but sea was a bit rough for swimming. Need a car for this location. Food was really good at the beach bar & grill. Staff were friendly. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.'

'Everything about this place was great. I took a star off because it wasn’t the ideal place for us. The casino is very central to the resort and is hard to avoid. If you’re not into gambling, it’s just annoying/sensory overload. We figured out a way to exit the building a floor above and take some stairs to the pools and beach. 'They don’t follow their own rules 1. You can not leave your towel on a lounge chair to save it but people do and not enforced. Most of all 10:00 pm quiet time in the hotel part and it was LOUD VERY RUDE GUEST, I complained twice and was given the old we will monitor it, they did NOTHING. I won’t go back'

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. 'The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. A few individuals in the store and towel station near the kiddie pool not so much. i had a full pool view and partial ocean view. my room was a nice size. The only thing i did not like was that i had my do not disturb sign on the door … and yet i was still disturbed lol.
