'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'I loved my stay here. I went solo and felt safe the entirety of my stay. The staff was lovely and the entertainment staff made a real effort are making connections with guests and making the experience enjoyable. The bar staff was excellent and drinks were good. The beach was perfect right off the resort. Hibachi restaurant was delicious. My room was very clean and house cleaners came each day. Very pretty resort. I would recommend! '

'Very nice resort, lots for kids to do, large water park for kids only, lazy river for everyone, entertainment for all ages. Beach is rocky and natural vegetation, but location is very secluded, no other resorts around you. Eden side is for adults only, and I would choose this side if I had no kids. Buffet large with lots of selections, and other restaurants. Rooms are beautiful and every room has balcony with chairs and an egg chair. Bathrooms are designed nicely with private toilet and shower...
