'My family and I just came home from a 6 night vacation stay. Let me start with the positives. The resort is very beautiful. From the time you walk into the restaurants and even the way they have the Blvd shopping area set up. The servers at the Mareas restaurant are the best. They are Super friendly and can't wait to make your dinner a success. Great Job staff. Also, the UNIQUE staff is very friendly. The BAD. The SERVICE!!!! The staff at this hotel are not friendly!!! 'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Had a very good experience. Super clean property. Staff is helpful. Kids will enjoy this place. However, Need more food options at beach area. Also need to add Indian cuisine dishes. Most of the staff doesn't know English, that is challenging. Sweetery shop has average quality icecream. '

'It was my first time at an all inclusive and I’m truly glad we went with RIU. It was an amazing resort. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was easily accessible and such a beautiful place. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was good. Definitely plan on returning in the future.'

'I stayed at One. It was lovely and staff were great but my balcony faced Margaritaville. Non stop noise from 9am until 9pm. The same music blasting on a loop and screeching children. If you are good with that, enjoy. Not me. '

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
