'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable! Love that the pool + hot tubs were well maintained. The restaurant staff was always pleasant and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back someday! '

'Amenities were great, kids loved the drop off and the water park. The staff were kind and friendly. Shuttle drivers were amazing and so professional. Food was good especially loved the breakfast options! Restaurants were a nice way to switch things up! Rooms were cleaned very well. Housekeeping was amazing. We would definitely come back! '

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold.'

'Pool was enjoyable, staff was friendly. There seemed to be a limited number of lounge chairs on beach and pool esp under shaded areas. Be prepared to wake up early to reserve a good spot. '
