'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Nice property but everything is a charge and way over-priced. It’s nearly impossible to get a decent lounge chair unless you reserve, for a hefty fee, way in advance. The restaurants are good but in general extremely expensive. It was very hard to grab even an inexpensive, easy lunch. Do not get a west tower room as those rooms are close to the sls sky bar that blares dance music until late at night. Our first night the music was going at 1am. We moved to the east tower the next day. ...

'For kids are the best but for adults they got 1 start, checking take so long, concierge ahhhh not really good they just want us join as members of the hotel and I feel they pressure us into doing that, buffet was ok fo kids menu, bars not to bad but so many items running out of product, overall for all the money we pay they need to improve more '

'This place was buetiful but don’t expect there to be 15 bars as it is connected to 2 other properties but you can only visit the one so it’s more like 5 bars and 3 pools, it was a nice place but Expedia is misleading in there description.'

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Building was old and needs to be renovated. Windows rattled in the wind. The rooms were too cold and couldn’t set desired temp so ended up turning the air off and no ceiling fans to circulate the air. There’s only one elevator that goes to the 15th floor so if you’re on the 15th you might have to wait a little for an elevator. There was no store on site for incidentals. Had to go across the street. '

'Staff was great, food was good. They don’t enforce the no saving pool chairs so it was difficult to get a chair by the pool. Some of the reservation systems for dinners were inefficient.'
