'The house was clean and complete, we did not miss a thing. Although we did not meet the owner, we felt welcome by the milk and biscuitts. Location is remote, about 10 minutes by car from shops and restaurants. The information on Vrbo shows also pictures of another rental, it was confusing wich pictures were the right ones.'

'Beautiful cottage in the heart of Beadnall just round the corner from our favourite pub The Craster Arms. Lovely cosey cottage with fabulous woodburner perfect after a walk on the nearby beach. Beds very comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Only downside was the shower which had very little power and was therefore disappointing considering everything else in the cottage was quality. Overall a lovely family break'

'Lovely spacious well-heated house in beautiful countryside. We had a week of snowy weather which was heavenly. Edward, the owner was extremely helpful. He towed out some cars which got stuck in the car park by the house, provided lots of logs, replaced the washing machine which had problems and was generally a great help. This is a house for people who like old books and furnishings...don't go there if you want modern posh.'

'I didn't have a pen so I couldn't write in the visitors book but oh my, what a lovely cottage. Just as described & as it appears on website. Ideal location a 5 minute walk into town centre, Lidl opposite, but not visable from cottage, for anything you might need. Perfect, will hopefully be back.'

'Excellent cottage in great location, very close to town but quietly tucked away. Everything you need for a stay, all fixtures and fittings of good quality. Only minor niggle is limited windows that open and shower was very slow to drain otherwise highly recommended.'

'Stayed a couple of nights for our anniversary and had the most amazing time! This cottage is exceptional.. perfectly situated near beach, shops pubs etc, plenty parking options on a nice quiet street. Inside is really well decorated and has everything you could want or need in a home away from home. Comfy bed, cosy sofa and a hot shower. Would highly recommend the cottage and will definitely return. '

'Lovely small house which was perfect for us , en suites were great , beds really comfortable , kitchen was fully equipped , comfy sofas and only 10 minutes walk to the beach . Heating was set so the house was lovely and warm on arrival , great as it was icy outside . One small twist was the size of the tv , not small but not what most people are used to but not the end of the world .'

'The property was excellent and near the harbour so in easy reach of everything. With really nice pubs, restaurants and takeaways we were spoilt for choice for food. Bonus was the kippers at the other end of the road. Will definitely look to stay at the property again. Loved the property, situation and the surrounding area.'

'A very basic standard of accommodation, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the TV was tiny and only Freeview channels available. The outside area was like a junk yard and parking was tricky in terms of getting back out on to the road. No communication prior to our stay so we had no idea of the check in process. Ok for a 2 night stay but won’t be returning.'
