'We were bummed to find out the water park was closed during the entire duration of our stay. Our room key deactivated twice while we were there and had to get another one each time. I never had my phone around the key card either so not sure why that was happening. The bath tub also had issues and the stopper wasn’t working so we called maintenance and they worked on it for about an hour while we were there and it was never actually fixed during our stay. The staff up front was nice usually....

'It’s was great friendly staff and rooms were great! The only thing was we got a busted desk chair my kid needed to do some homework but I called the front desk and they were on it to replace the chair in which was really appreciated. Thank you. '
