'We always enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and only a few miles from the beach. Easy drive to restaurants in Ocean City and Rehoboth. It is a pet friendly rental. Carpets might benefit from a deep clean. '

'House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. 'Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall.'

Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. 'This was such a nice fit for us. It is nicely decorated with tons of amenities. Good location with plenty of room for everyone. The double living rooms and large dining table were an added bonus. We had three teenagers with us so having options for them within walking distance was great!'
