"I did not like the music coming out of the Portofino restaurant after 13.00 hrs. The music was very irritating and it looks like other people felt the same: after 13.00 hrs more people seemed to leave the poolsite just because of the music!"

"Goed hotel met fijne voorzieningen. Zou het zelf eerder 4 sterren geven ipv 5. Als je all inclusive boekt wordt er onderscheid gemaak. Betaalde cocktails zijn echte mooie cocktails terwijl die bij all inclusive rechtstreeks uit een automaat komen en enkel worden voorzien van een ijsklontje. ‘‘s avonds sluit de bar een half uur eerder voor de gasten met All inclusive. Kortom veel bijbetalen bij all inclusive of een beperkte keuze. Kamers hebben een mooi uitzicht over de oceaan en enorme grote bedden. Heerlijk geslapen met het geruis van de oceaan."

"De faciliteiten zijn allemaal goed. Buffet leuk en goed. Kinderen helemaal blij met de faciliteiten. Enige puntje is de kleine liften voor de rest allemaal prima "

"I think that the property was overrated. The rooms were small, bathrooms were old, even the towels were old! The beddings were and linens are limited. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The hotel boast a front beach but you can't swim in it because it's deep. The pools are not heated and you have to fight for a space to stay by the pool. The service is also mediocre. I think I was over charged for what I paid for. For some reason, my Versailles Astoria stay cost the same price as Sol Tenerife and it is nothing close to a 4 star hotel."
