'Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.'

'Before we check in and see the room, the manager was very keen to collect theorem rent from me. When we saw the room I realised why he did so. The roomed only average facilities. The dining room was full of smoke with a lot a youngsters. We then turned back to the room and order a pizza from the room service. We had nothing for the breakfast .
