'Best customer service among four hotels we stayed in Delhi during the trip. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were polite, professional and helpful. Location excellent, many shops and restaurant are close, a bit far from the airport, but they provide taxi service at a minimal price.'

'In general it was a pleasant stay. Hotel's location is extremely convenient, located only a short distance away from the airport. Food was good, but a bit costly. Staff friendly and housekeeping was very accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable, but there was some dust in the air conditioning.'

The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of Taj Mahal, and other sites are also close, but not within walking distance, you have to take a cab for it. 'Het hotel ligt in het bruisende Paharganj, geweldig om te shoppen. Veel goede reataurants in de buurt. Hotel oogt niet op en top modern, maar er is een lift en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Waterkoker, koelkast, koffie, thee. Goed bed, warm water en schone badruimte. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik was er drie dagen in december en heb er heerlijk geslapen.'

Het was er stoffig, muffig, oud, koelkast maakte de hele nacht door herrie, superkleine kamer, badkamer was om te overgeven.. Zo vies.. Witte Douchegordijn was aan onderkant geel, geen warm water. Douche werkte niet goed. Als je op de toiletpot zat zag je een beschimmeld, vies muurtje. Na een nacht daar te hebben ben ik gaan vragen waarom wij zo een vieze en ijskoude kamer hadden. 'Nice 3 star hotel near New Delhi Railway Station. Room was rather small but all necessities are available. Room was clean and shower was working great. Breakfast was in a smaller room for which cleanliness and amount of choice can be improved. Personnel was very friendly and accommodating, only odd thing was that they decided to deactivate the key card in the middle of our stay. '
