'Het personeel in het restaurant was niet vriendelijk (Vincenzo zuchte omdat ik een drankkaart vroeg zodat we aperitiefje konden kiezen), ik kreeg er ook een opgejaagd gevoel (iedereen moet tussen 19u30-20u30 aankomen) . Personeel van receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was proper, maar wel klein en had weinig daglicht. De locatie van hotel is perfect voor iedereen die naar Tre Cime wil gaan'

'This hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are updated and the staff are all so kind, friendly and accommodating. It's very apparent that they care about the property and do such a good job to maintain a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling through the area.'

'Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! '

'Beautiful region, comfortable and cozy setting and accommodation. They have a very nice and extensive breakfast. Expensive for what it is in comparison to other options in the area. We stayed at another hotel in the region that was half the cost with the same included details and a room that was slightly bigger.'

'It was a pleasure to stay at this historical building. The surrounding area is also nice to walk around, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the room with modernized bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is also very nice, enough choices to fill up. The only downside is the floor in the room. Probably because it’s been for a long time it squeaks when you walk in the room.'

'I paid the most per night here in a 15 day stay in Tirol. The room was really dated, not comfy and old. This counts for the whole hote'l.Although it was clean. Breakfast was good and location was super. I experienced some trouble with paying. I thought things were payed in advance but hotel stared it was not (Visa). At the moment not yet an idea if I payed double. Location is superb. National parks in reach. It's located next to a train station for light sleepers this hotel is a no go....

'We enjoyed our stay overall. The location is great. Just a few minutes away from multiple of the 3 Zinnen resorts and they gave us a free bus pass to get to/from the resorts. The owner is kind and accommodating. Breakfast is a typical German spread which we enjoyed. The rooms are a bit small, but do fit a standard sized pack n play crib if traveling with a baby. Rooms do not have a refrigerator, but the owner was kind enough to let us store milk for our baby in the kitchens fridge. '
