'In a good neighbourhood. Fabricshops nearby, and Paul, Coffeeshop. Friendly staff. Clean. Bathroom door didn't close, we got another room. Restaurant downstairs. Wifi stopped working upstairs after first day.'

'Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain...
